When mixed with water, apple cider vinegar can help relieve stomach pains and conditions. Drink the vinegar and water as a tonic, and the antibacterial qualities of the vinegar will work in your insides to fight any infections. This means you can count on the homemade tonic for stopping diarrhea and aiding proper digestion. It can even prove to be effective if you have food poisoning – but remember, if you find that this natural aid isn’t quite doing the job, it’s always important to visit your doctor.
Make sure that you only mix a maximum of a couple of tablespoons of the vinegar into water, and ensure it’s almost transparent. Too much may actually cause a stomach upset, rather than cure it.
