What many people don’t know is that it also contains natural compounds that make it an effective remedy for skin rashes. Echinacea has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that promote skin repair and renewal. Echinacea oil can be diluted with a carrier oil, like coconut, jojoba or olive oil. Simply mix a few drops with some of the oil and applied to the affected skin. Repeat every few hours until you have relief and the rash subsides.
