4. Yogurts contains Vitamins and Minerals

Different kinds of milk produce different kinds of yogurt. Because there are different kinds of yogurts, the kinds of vitamins and minerals found in the yogurt also varies. The nutritional value of the yogurt differs as the fat content in the yogurt changes and the bacteria used during fermentation is modified. Full-fat yogurt contains almost all of the necessary nutrients for the body. Yogurt made from whole milk contains particularly high amounts of Vitamin B12, Calcium, Phosphorus and Riboflavin. Vitamin B12 is a nutrient found only in food that comes from animals. Calcium is richly found in milk products and is easier to absorb this way. Being in rich in Calcium, Yogurt helps increase Bone Density and prevents Osteoporosis. Phosphorus is abundant in yogurts and it is an essential mineral in the biological process. Milk products are the main sources of vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin.
