2. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is another natural ingredient known for its antiseptic and healing properties. In the case of athlete’s foot, apple cider vinegar can be used to make a solution with crystal salt and mixed with some warm water.
To prepare, use half a cup of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons salt and warm water. Soak feet directly in the mixture or spray the infected skin by placing the solution in a spray bottle. Another option is to wipe feet with a clean cloth soaked in the vinegar solution.
Additionally, footwear may also be wiped with the solution to prevent the fungus from clinging there.
