Deep Breathing

1. Breathe deeply

This is the simplest solution you can use no matter where you are. Deep breathing is also one of the most effective ways of tackling dizziness. As you breathe more deeply, you are increasing the amount of oxygen that your brain receives. This allows the nervous system to relax, your brain to focus and function as normal, and for dizziness to slowly be reduced.

To do this properly, sit down comfortably and place a hand on your abdomen. Take your other hand and use your thumb to close one nostril. Close your mouth also, and begin breathing deeply through your open nostril until you have taken in as much air as you can. Hold in this air, and exhale slowly after a few seconds. Repeat this around ten times and sit still for five minutes, and you will notice the dizziness slowly disappear.
