If you’re a fan of spicy red chillies, Chinese food or Indian food, then you might be making your digestive troubles worse. Spicy food is known for causing the digestive system irritation and inflammation, which will ultimately make vomiting, diarrhea or other digestive troubles even worse.
The amount that spicy foods affects digestion varies quite significantly, so you may want to experiment. Some people might be able to consume spicy food from time to time without much of an effect, while others won’t be able to eat it at all without causing inflammation in their large intestine.
