10 Home Remedies For Toothaches

Fill in the Cracks

2. Fill in the cracks

This one only works if you have cracked a tooth and you’re waiting to go to the dentist to have it repaired. Basically, when you crack a tooth, you’ll feel pain because the nerves are exposed. The best way to deal with this is covering up those nerves, and surprisingly enough, a good way to do it is using gum.

Gum can be used to hold parts of teeth together and fill in the cracks and while you’re on the way to the dentist or waiting for your surgery, be sure not to eat anything using that tooth. It isn’t an ideal solution but it’s better than being in constant pain while you wait.
