Amazing, right? Chocolate, the sweet candy, can be pretty healthy to eat. Dark chocolate is really good for reducing you bad cholesterol, and it contains a great deal of antioxidants, too. These antioxidants stop blood platelets from sticking together, which allows blood to flow more efficiently, reducing the chances of a clot forming. Milk chocolate has some antioxidants, but not as much as dark – but forget about milk chocolate. It has none!
