Lemons, oranges and any other citrus fruit will offer a great boost of vitamin C, too. These citrus fruits also include grapefruits and limes, and they contain a great deal of the stuff. An average orange will have more than 70mg of the vitamin, which is more than you need in one day. And, just a regular glass of orange juice, can have over 90mg of the vitamin. So introduce more of these fruits into your diet and you’ll soon see the health benefits.
