The perfect snack! Sunflower seeds are easy to eat, you can get them in big bags from health food stores, and they’re full of calcium. They’re also rich in fiber and protein, meaning they pack a punch for your muscles and bones and help you stay full for longer.
Sunflower seeds are at least 50% fat, but most of that is healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. They also contain lots of magnesium and potassium, which are again great for your bones, making them an ideal option for anybody concerned about their health.
