2. Tiredness and fatigue
If you’re usually bubbly, active and energetic, but you’ve suddenly become tired all the time, there could be a few reasons. Perhaps there is a change in your diet, or perhaps you’re pregnant.
You will begin to find it difficult to concentrate throughout the day. And, throughout the first trimester, you will easily fall asleep at night and find yourself dozing off during the day. This is all perfectly normal and nothing you should worry about, but it might comer as a surprise if you don’t know you’re pregnant.
The fatigue will begin to get less severe during the second trimester, however.
