1. Keeping Hydrated

In many instances, bad breath is often a result of a dry mouth. A dry mouth can easily become a breeding ground for bacteria so it is important to ensure that you are getting enough hydration. When the mouth does not have enough moisture, odor causing bacteria develops, so make sure to stay adequately hydrated.

If you are prone to a dry mouth then also make it a habit to frequently swish some water around the mouth as this action will temporarily dislodge bacteria and make breath more agreeable.
