Green Bean Fries
Rather than those oily, greasy fries from the takeaway shop, try making something a little different. Green bean fries are not only incredibly healthy, low in calories and taste incredible with the right spices but they also a great way to encourage the kids to eat their greens. Mixing the green beans with Parmesan cheese and a blend of seasoning comprised of salt, pepper and paprika, all that is left for the beans to bake and they are ready to go. Try dipping them with your choice of dipping sauce or have them on the side of your standard meal.
