5. Lower back pain

Many people around the world complain of having back pain, which probably due to certain factors such a pinched nerve, bending or twisting awkwardly, slouching in chairs, lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy objects, and sitting for long periods without taking a break.

If the pain in your lower back is persistent and any remedy such as stretching and pain relievers does not work, you should see your doctor for blood testing.

A lower back pain may also be caused by testicular cancer cells that spread into the lymph glands at the back of the abdomen. This also causes abdominal pain.
