11 Symptoms of Testicular Cancer

3. Scrotum feels heavy

Some men with testicular cancer complain that their scrotum aches or feels heavy. This feeling of heaviness may be due to a scrotal mass or lump in the scrotum caused by a buildup of fluid around the testicles called hydrocele, and other medical conditions mentioned above.

Most men who perform self-examination detect a scrotal mass; others find out about it through their doctors during a physical exam.
