10. Septic arthritis
Are you experiencing pain due to an inflammation of your joint particularly your knees? You probably have a staph infection called septic arthritis, which often affects joints including the ankles, knees, hips, elbows, shoulders, and spine.
The bacteria causing this condition usually enters the body through an open wound then goes to the bloodstream that results to infection. People with septic arthritis will have fever and experience severe pain and swelling in the affected joint.
