7. Avoid Bad Habits That Will Hurt Your Neck
Do you often make calls with the phone wedged between your neck and shoulder? Do you often fall asleep in front of the TV and wake up with your neck on your chest or tilted way back or to the side? How about staring out of the window with your head twisted to one side for long periods? All these habits can cause neck strain and aggravate neck stiffness.
