Garlic’s antifungal, antibacterial and antibiotic components can be very beneficial in treating infections of most sorts. In the case of treating thrush, garlic can be used externally or internally to address the condition.
For an external application, make a paste out of a few crushed garlic cloves and apply directly to the affected area. If this seems to harsh, since the application may cause some stinging on irritated skin, another suggestion is to dilute garlic oil and vitamin E oil with some coconut oil and rub onto the affected area.
For internal healing, include garlic in the diet or take in tablet form.
