11 Early Signs of Atrial Fibrillation

2. Weakness

Weakness or not having enough strength can be of two types. The first can be identified as generalized weakness where the individual feels exceptionally worn out while the second can be noticed as a localised decrease in strength. For instance, the arm may feel weak after a bowling session or legs shaky after climbing a flight of steps.

Both types can be caused by atrial fibrillation with prolonged atrial fibrillation inducing more weakness than intermittent, controlled episodes.
