Lemon grass tea
Lemongrass has been used for a long time to treat sickness and unsteadiness and is beneficial for treating vertigo. When used externally the plant can improve blood flow with steadying effects. Tea made from lemongrass is often used to strengthen the nerves and keep them healthy. As a nervine, lemon grass in traditional medicine has a lot of uses for conditions like shaky hands or limbs, anxiety, vertigo, convulsions, and a lack or slowness of reflexes.
To prepare a lemongrass tea, steep a little bit of lemongrass in hot water and drink whenever the onset of vertigo symptoms are felt.
